With ripe, bramble fruit aromas, and layers of red fruits and wild herbs on the palate, fine tannins keep the palate in check. This is absolutely the perfect time to crack open the 2016 which has been patiently cellared for a few years and is lovely to drink. Enjoy with Mediterranean inspired foods. 13.5% and Organic, Vegan

Pitchfork Shiraz 2018

Michael Kerrigan, a well know Australian winemaker, likens Margaret River's climate to "Bordeaux in a perfect year". This Pitchfork represents unprecedentedly good value considering that all of the grapes are grown in Margaret River - very unusual for a wine at the entry level from this region. This Shiraz is vibrant and youthful with ripe cherry and plum fruits on the nose, with smooth chocolaty influences. The palate displays good depth of fruit concentration, ripe sweet fruit fleshiness in the mid palate and a good flavour extension on the finish. Best with beef and venison. 14% and Organic methods.

The palate it is full bodied and well structured with flavours of plums, blackberries and white pepper. Twelve months in oak has given this wine gorgeous sweet spice flavours of vanilla and cinnamon.
