Majnoni Guicciardini Chianti Superiore 2018

With so much overripe and over-extracted Chianti on the market, we are very happy to have found this wine that is an authentic expressions of traditional Chianti: rustic and charming with balanced fruit and great drinkability. The Majnoni Estate is based in the Elsa valley, near to San Gimignano, and since 2001 have been farming organically. Medium cherry red colour with bright red fruit aromas on the nose and a hint of white pepper and spice. Medium bodied and juicy on the palate with ripe cherries, plums and wild herbs. Well balanced and fresh through the finish, this is a quality Chianti. Well paired with meaty ragu, spaghetti bolognese or cheeses. 14% and Organic, Vegan.
