Coming from an old family from Garéoult whose origins date back to the 17th century, my ancestors were already people of the land, breeders and farmers, and over the generations they have become more specialized in the cultivation of vines and olive trees. After having been winemaker for years in different structures, I created my domain by wanting to perpetuate a know-how that has come to me for several generations of winegrowers, this tradition is found in the way I work my vines. I operate my vineyard as in the old days with old methods without pesticides, without chemical fertilizers. During the vinification, I try to stay as natural as possible by minimizing all that is added, mainly sulphites, little or no fining, aging on fine lees, and only one filtration at bottling.
