Inacayal Malbec 2018

Producer: Inacayal
Coming from vineyards of Luján de Cuyo which sits at altitudes of around 1000m above sea level, this Malbec is aged in French oak barrels, of which 50% are new, for six months. The result is a wine with restrained dark berry and ripe plum aromas with incredible depth of flavour on the palate. Hints of burnt wood alongside dark cherries, blackberries and black pepper make this round and powerful in structure and well supported by velvety tannins. Dried fruit and spiced notes combine with hints of cocoa and vanilla on a lingering finish. An incredibly versatile style - pair with beef, lamb or game. Alternatively try with rich pasta dishes. 13.5% and Vegan.
