Guillaume Aurèle

The Alma Cersius co-operative covers three villages located to the South of Béziers, down in the Herault, with the growers vineyards stretching over 1,200 hectares. There is a strong maritime influence from the Mediterranean and some two-thirds of the terroir is based on a warm, well-draining soil containing rounded pebbles, and a third is a cooler alluvial clay that helps add some balance to the wines.
