Exton Park Reserve Brut RB 32

Producer: Exton Park
Exton Park puts sustainability at the heart of what they do, without compromise, so much so they are the founding members of WineGB’s Sustainable Wines of Great Britain accreditation. They are committed to developing the biodiversity of their vineyards – with birds, bees, sheep, and wildflowers all playing a part in fertilising, controlling pests, and enhancing their natural ecosystem. The RB32 uses 32 skilfully selected reserve wines from their extensive library from the last 10 years to make this beautifully structured, precise and rounded wine that has had 3 years on the lees. Pale gold in colour, the Brut has a generous nose and a bright lemony character with notes of passion fruit and honey. Minerality in the mouth indicates a good, balanced structure, with an intense backbone and a lengthy finish with a whisper of white pepper. The perfect aperitif. 11.5% and Sustainable.

Chateau d`Esclans 'Whispering Angel' Rosé 2019

Chateau d’Esclans was awarded The Wine Enthusiast's European Winery of The Year Award for 2014. This rosé has a pale partridge eye pink with a perfumed bouquet, which follows with elegant summer fruits. The palate is refined and elegant with faint cherry nuances and beautifully integrated balancing acidity. This superb rose is made from a blend of old vines and using traditional Burgundian winemaking techniques, resulting in a rounded and expressive Provence rosé with unusual complexity. This ideal summer time wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with seafood or salads. 13.5%.

La Bastide Des Oliviers Cuvée Justine Rosé 2019

This small winery operates the vineyard as in the old days with old methods without pesticides nor chemical fertilisers. During the vinification, they try to stay as natural as possible by minimising all that is added, mainly sulphites, with little or no fining, ageing on fine lees, and only one filtration at bottling. This outstanding rosé comes from low yielding vines which gives it great intensity. A pale salmon colour with a floral nose of white fruits and strawberry, the palate is smooth, creamy and full but in perfect balance. The finish has hints of caramel and is rich, aromatic and goes on for a lifetime. The perfect aperitif or with seafood. 13.5% and Organic.
