Exton Park

Exton Park puts sustainabilty at the heart of what they do, without compromise, so much so they are the founding members of WineGB’s Sustainable Wines of Great Britain accreditation. They are committed to developing the biodiversity of their vineyards – with birds, bees, sheep, and wildflowers all playing a part in fertilising, controlling pests, and enhancing their natural ecosystem. During harvest the grapes are picked and pressed plot-by-plot, to retain the variety of distinctive flavours. The fresh juice is then fermented for the first time, creating still wines which they add to their reserve library. It is from the library that the wines are created and this pioneering and new approach to traditional method sparkling wine is what sets them appart.
