De Rochebouet Brut Rosé NV

Jean-Edouard de Rochebouët is French born but lives in Argentina and has created this stunning sparkling using 56% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 4% of Malbec and making this in the same way as champagne (Méthode Champenoise). Just 5000 bottles were made making this a very rare find. Light, delicate and salmon-pink in colour, this really doesn't disappoint. Lovely summer fruit character throughout, raspberries and strawberries with nice biscuity notes on the nose, and a deliciously fine finish. These bubbles are brilliant and you won't find better value anywhere. Enjoy on its own or with seafood or salads. 12.5% and Vegan.

De Rochebouet Brut NV

Jean-Edouard de Rochebouët is French born but lives in Argentina and he has created this beautiful wine using the traditional method (Méthode Champenoise) and only made 20 000 bottles making this very exclusive (Moet will make over a million). This wine has a soft shade of amber in colour, fine bubbles, and green apple, almonds and biscuity nose. There is fantastic balance and structure and on a blind tasting you would place this better than a lot of Champagne's making this outstanding value for money. 12.5% and Vegan.
