Château Labadie Cru Bourgeois Médoc 2016

Producer: Château Labadie
Château Labadie (Cru Bourgeois) lies close to the village of Bégadan in the Médoc, between the Gironde River and the Atlantic Ocean. This family run estate grow Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and small amounts of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. This blend creates a French classic with an interesting nose of strawberry, cherry and hints of vanilla. On the palate it's rich, savoury and medium-bodied wine with black plum, blackcurrant and a gentle oakiness. It has a lovely finish and best enjoyed being opened in advance. Enjoyed most with red meats and roasts. 13.5% and Sustainable methods.
