Champagne | Bubbles

There are Champagnes, and there are grower Champagnes. There are also sparkling wines made in exactly the same way as Champagnes, which taste just as good. And there’s Prosecco, of course. We have bubbles for every occasion, some best enjoyed on your own, and others with friends. We’ll be adding more bubbles as we go, as long as they fit our quality standard.

Aÿ, a prestigious name forever linked to the region’s history, whose wines have been ranked among the world’s best wines for at least 10 centuries. I've tasted Krug, Dom Perignon and Cristal to name a few but this is far superior to them all. Having only spent time in oak, the nose shows a rich wine with notes of brioche, yellow fruits and cinnamon spices. The palate is effortlessly elegant, smooth and silky, with a hint of minerality. The finish lasts forever and has a slight minty presence. This is a champagne of exceptional quality and complexity. The perfect aperitif. 12% and Sustainable methods.
