Bodega Luigi Bosca Signature Malbec 2018

Coming from the Luján de Cuyo region of Mendoza where all of the grapes are hand-picked, the viticultural team apply biodynamic principles across the estate, though they do not hold certification. This Malbec from Luigi Bosca is a joy to drink. Bright violet in the glass, intense and balanced aromas, with red fruit, spicy and florals notes. It is generous, smooth and expressive in the mouth, with incipient tannins. Clean, refreshing and well-bodied in the palate, with attractive character. It has a deep and clear finish, with a fully-integrated oak character and good ageing capacity. It is the flagship wine of its variety and for good reason. Enjoy with steak or any red meat from the BBQ. 14.5% and Vegan.

Atamisque Chardonnay 2015

The winery is located in Tupungato (Balcony to the stars) and when we visited there about 10 years ago we were shown around the man in charge, Jean-Edouard. During the tasting he mentioned their goal was to make the best chardonnay in the world. It was genuinely outstanding then and has since improved. It's beautifully delicate and slightly dreamy with white fruits and citrus on the nose and gentle honey and vanilla from the barrel ageing. The finish goes on forever and oozes elegance. Enjoy on its own or with roast chicken or pork. 14.5% and Vegan.

Dr Burklin-Wolf Riesling Trocken 2018

The highest quality Rieslings are produced in harmony with nature and to achieve this, the entire vineyard area was converted to biodynamics in 2005. This ensures that the diversity and depth of the terroir can be mirrored and presented perfectly the wines. Dr Bürklin-Wolf's signature riesling is made from the estate's vineyards at the foothills of the Pfalz. This wine has a full, rich bouquet of ripe apple, pear and apricot. The stone fruit flavours continue on the palate with a refreshing streak of acidity and strong flavours of lime; the key characteristic of the riesling grape variety. Enjoy with light mediterranean dishes, fresh salads and shellfish. 12% and Biodynamic, Vegan.
