Cantine Torri is a small private estate of mature vines that is fully converted fully to organic wine production. With ripe, bramble fruit aromas, and layers of red fruits and wild herbs on the palate, fine tannins keep the palate in check. The Andes influence the climate of the Central Valley dramatically, providing essential water for irrigation from snowmelt and coastal fogs moderate the temperature whilst the alluvial soil is perfect for grape-growing. This lovely Riesling shows ripe soft peach aromas with a delicate perfumed notes. It's fresh, crisp and zesty on the palate leaning towards the classic mineral and petrol tones. The finish is round and lingering with hints of peach and nectarine flavours. Perfect as an elegant aperitif or matched with seafood and green salads. Hard cheeses also pair well. 13.5% and Vegan.

Named after the indigenous Chono tribe, who were described by Darwin as ‘one of the bravest native tribes’, they were well known for having a passion for life and for nature. Chono wines are carefully selected, single vineyard varietals from some unique terroirs in Chile with the aim of producing wines which focus on quality over quantity. Chile`s signature varietal from the Maipo Valley, this wine has great elegance and character. An intense ruby colour with aromas of juicy black fruits and spicy notes on the nose. The palate it is full bodied and well structured with flavours of plums, blackberries and white pepper. Twelve months in oak has given this wine gorgeous sweet spice flavours of vanilla and cinnamon. Soft tannins and a nice balanced acidity leads to a long and pleasant finish. The perfect accompaniment to steak or roasted red meats. 13.5% and Sustainable, Vegetarian.
