Coming from over 400 collective members in the Cheiti area and not far from the coast with its cooling influences, this Pecorino is produced by some energetic and ambitious wine makers. This passion shines through in the wine which is Pale yellow with a green hue on its edges while the nose gives exotic fruits while being very fresh and clean. The palate is well rounded with a pleasant minerality and good acidity. This wine is thoroughly enjoyable and great value for what it is. Drink in the sun, on its own or with light fish dishes or soft cheeses. 12.5% and Vegan.

The estate nestles against the slopes of the Franschhoek Mountains, close to the Franschhoek River that the old rickety bridge used to cross and is led by the young winemaker, Mari Kotze.
