Coming from vineyards of Luján de Cuyo which sits at altitudes of around 1000m above sea level and combined with the intense sunlight experienced during the day and the cold night temperatures, the wines produced here show deep concentration of flavour and structure. This Torrontes is pale yellow in colour with hints of green. On the nose, there are tropical aromas such as pineapple with hints of jasmine flowers. It leaves a fresh and well balanced wine with great acidity and a long finish. This Cher valley (tributary of the river Loire) estate wine has a lovely pale-pink color and is made from low-yielding Gamay. The nose is enticing with fresh, lively notes of citrus fruit, red berries and floral hints. It is vividly fresh on the palate, medium-bodied with raspberry flavours mingling with grapey and citrus notes. There is not much od this Rosé left and when it's gone there won't be anymore. The Marquis de Ségur, Nicholas Alexandre (1697-1755) was once the largest owner of vineyards in Bordeaux (owning three First Growths: Latour, Lafite and Mouton, amongst others) which earned him the nickname “Prince of Vines” from King Louis XV. Bodegas Luzón is located to the south of the town of Jumilla with Its origins dating back to 1916. This wine comes from their Castillo de Madax vineyards with its sandy soils over a limestone base that’s at an altitude of 700 metres. The palate has a very good structure on the mouth which is both silky and fleshy with the presence of dark fruit and roasted notes typical from its period in contact with the oak.
