My Story

I am a wine enthusiast through and through. Wine is my passion and the foundation of my hospitality career of over 20 years. My journey started in Cape Town, I was exposed to beautiful wines produced from some of the country's best wineries. My love for food and wine grew as I ventured to the UK, where I worked for a number of growing brands including the premium steak concept, Gaucho.

Most recently, I worked for the Brasserie Blanc group, founded by Michelin star chef Raymond Blanc, as the Operations Director and grew the White Brasserie pub group from 2 to 20 sites. This constant learning curve of tasting, coaching and helping curate wine lists has led me to create Green Cellars.

I’m representing family owned, eco-friendly small wineries from around the world, and intend to only bring you wines that are delicious, interesting and that I’d happily have on my personal wine rack!
